Returns
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out.
Here’s how returns work at Good, Thanks.
Stock products
For any stock items (surfboards, fins, leashes, traction pads, wax, clothing, etc.), you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
Just make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
You can arrange the return shipment yourself and send it back to our workshop in Rotterdam. We don’t provide return labels, so you’re responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we’ve received the product in good condition, we’ll refund the purchase price, including the original shipping cost (standard rate).
Custom boards
Custom surfboards are made specifically for you, meaning they can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a clear defect or something went wrong on our end. If that’s the case, reach out and we’ll sort it out.
How to return

Send us an email at info@goodthankssurf.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.

We’ll confirm your return and send you the return address details.

Make sure to return everything in its original packaging and condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and solve it.
